UDispatch is a business-to-business platform that allows you to efficiently connect shippers and carriers to complete a transport.
In less than 30 seconds, you can create an account, access UDispatch, and begin receiving free, helpful support.
Once you sign in, you can view a list of the carriers that are currently accepting UDispatch requests.
Select the carriers you need to connect with and choose the vehicles you need to transport.
This step is important: you will only be charged for approved carriers.
After that, it’s all about the details: who, where, when, and how. You can also add a comment or ask a question.
The carriers will receive the details and select whether they can complete the UDispatch request or not.
If they accept the request, you will be able to confirm the UDispatch request, add additional information, and enter the dispatch schedule.
After that, you will be able to pay the carrier for the requested delivery and also access the invoice.
